Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or provide refunds on opened or used products.

For all unopened and unused products, we have a 15 days returns policy. Just return the product to us in it’s original packaging and in the condition that you received it, and once its been received and inspected, we’ll be in touch with further information. Please be aware that in the case of returns or refunds, we don’t cover shipping costs.

In the event the you do return your unopened and unused jar, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your it and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@pitsofjoy.com.au.

If you’re aware of any skin sensitivities or allergic reactions, please patch-test the product on the inside of your wrist for 2 to 3 days before using on your arm pits. As everyone’s skin chemistry is unique, its important that you look after yours. If you notice a reaction, please discontinue use. Pits of Joy cannot be held responsible for any reaction experienced.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at hello@pitsofjoy.com.au
