Shipping policy

Standard postage is offered at a flat rate of $10.50, Australia wide. For all orders over $100, free standard postage is available. 

If you’re keen to get your mits on some joy post haste, we can send you up to four jars via Express Post for $18.00.

We also ship internationally! Send us an email to hello@pitsofjoy.com.au and we’ll send you a personalised postage quote.

Orders will be processed and shipped from Coburg North, Victoria within two business days.

Exact delivery time frames vary depending on your location within Australia. Standard delivery takes between 2 and 10 days. Express delivery is next business day for all capital cities within Australia, and 1 – 3 days for all other areas.
